Virgilio Builders was founded in 2001 by Michael Virgilio.  His father was a strong labor leader in the state of Rhode Island, educating his sons on all aspects of being a laborer and the importance of a hard day’s work. Michael began his career buying and renovating homes with his brother, while simultaneously running a custom carpentry company. As his reputation and capabilities for remodeling began to grow, Michael started venturing into additions, historic procurement, and custom built homes.  Virgilio finds the more challenging projects to be most rewarding and enjoys being on the job site. The bigger the job the better, giving Michael the opportunity to focus on the details and offer his clients a hands-on management approach.
